Every part of you is welcome here.
Faith-aware, culturally responsive therapy — telehealth across Texas, Colorado, and Maine.
How we can help
EMDR. For trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD and eating disorders, for children 7 and up through adults.
Internal Family Systems (IFS). Getting to know the parts of you that protect and carry pain, and leading from Self.
Religious and spiritual trauma. Including survivors of high-control groups and cults. Faith is welcome, never assumed.
Therapy in Arabic. Sessions in Arabic or English, with care that understands culture and family.
Niyyah (pronounced knee-uh) is the Arabic word for intention. We created Niyyah Counseling as a space where evidence-based care meets cultural understanding and faith — to guide you along the road from overwhelm toward clarity, healing, and alignment with who you were created to be.
Here, care meets you as a whole person — faith, culture, family, and the weight you may be carrying quietly: grief, anxiety, burnout, or the sense of being pulled between worlds. Together we’ll make sense of what’s yours to hold and what isn’t, and reconnect your daily life with the intention beneath it.
You are never just a case or a diagnosis to us. Every person is met with respect, discretion, and genuine attention, and care is shaped around your needs — not a one-size-fits-all plan. When you’re ready, we would be honored to walk this road with you — from simply surviving toward healing and becoming who you were created to be.
Give us a call or send us a text on our HIPAA compliant number at 817-435-2031 or reach out to us via our contact page.
